Novavila has a small artisan own winery .100 % albariño production from its own vineyards . The Vilanova family spent 25 years producing a wine so artisanl. It's development is characterized by a very ripe grape , at late harvest ( always in October) and both the stripping and pressing are manual production. The vineyards are treated with organic marine fertilizers .
Fermented in steel tanks for bottling in August the following year. The wine is not filtered but decanted to achieve the optimum sharpness.
It is bottled in half- liter format magnum
