Novavila comprises of a small artisan winery with its own production. 100 % albariño from its own vineyards. The Vilanova family have spent 25 years producing wine in an artisan form. It's elaboration is characterised by a very ripe grape, a late harvest ( always in October) and both the stripping and pressing is done manually. The vineyards are treated with organic marine fertilisers Fermented in stainless steel tanks for bottling in August of the following year. The wine is not filtered but racked until it reaches its optimum clarity.
It’s bottled in half-litre and magnum format.
Sight: Straw yellow, greenish and ripe lemon. Slightly sparkling.
Nose: Intense, elegant, fine, aroma of fresh herbs and wet dew, perfume of semi-ripe apple and subtle notes of peach.
Mouth: Complex. Cool and refreshing on the palate, persistent, full-bodied and tasty.
Graduation: twelve and a half degrees.
Serving temperature: twelve degrees.
